A Minute on Something I’m Learning

I saw an interesting Instagram post about the skills need to develop wealth:

1- Getting good at copywriting

2- Sales skills

3- Speaking persuasively

4- Becoming a level 10 leader

A Minute on Something I’m Teaching

Don’t get complacent as a real estate agent with how you approach listings. Now is the time to make sure you are doing the following five things:

1- Know the current comparable pricing strategy for the property.

2- Communicate this with the seller and set the right expectations.

3- Fully develop your marketing strategy and channels.

4- Keep your sales skills up to date.

5- Communicate consistently with the seller about what you are doing to get their home sold.

A Minute on Something I’m Excited About

We have our HyperFast Agent Mastermind next week in our office. I can’t wait to meet with our top level coaching clients and brainstorm how to help them grow their business during the market shift.

A Picture Worth Looking at for a Minute

We had some family fun on Halloween going with the Wizard of Oz theme!

A Minute Answering One of Your Questions

This is the part where I answer a question someone has texted me or asked on social media (I answer all Instagram Direct Messages).

What is the biggest opportunity right now for real estate agents?

Well other than joining my group at eXp realty and getting access to my coaching to help you build revenue share, I think real estate agents should be focussed on getting good at expired and withdrawn prospecting and marketing. This will be a huge opportunity for agents over the next 12 to 24 months.

Thanks for tuning in this week!
